The short version
Nolege News is a set of static pages. Reading it requires no account, sets no advertising cookies, and involves no tracking scripts. The only personal information we hold is an email address you have deliberately typed into the newsletter box.
If you subscribe to the newsletter
We store the email address you submit, along with the date and the page you submitted it from, so that we know what you were reading when you signed up.
That address is stored in the publisher's own customer system, operated by Consortium e-Learning Network Pvt. Ltd.. It is used to send you occasional updates from Nolege News. It is not sold, rented, or passed to advertisers.
Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You can also write to [email protected] and ask to be removed, or ask what we hold about you — we will tell you, and delete it if you ask.
Server logs
Like any website, requests to this site are logged by the web server: the address requested, the time, the response, the browser's user-agent string and the requesting IP address. These logs exist for security and to see which pages are being read and by which search crawlers. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not shared.
Delivery and security
This site is served over HTTPS through Cloudflare, which acts as a content delivery network and filters malicious traffic. Cloudflare processes request data in that capacity.
Cookies
Nolege News sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a cookie necessary for security and delivery.
Children
Nolege News is a general-audience publication and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Your rights, and who to ask
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and equivalent laws elsewhere, you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted.
